Maurice Sikes intercepted 2 passes, including the gamebreaker...as the Gators tried to tighten the game trailing 27-16 late in the 3rd quarter, Sikes intercepted a Rex Grossman pass and returned it 97 yards...the 3rd longest interception return in UM history...to stretch the lead and deflate the hopes of the Gators !
